• Return Window: Contact us at Humidly.team@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Once approved, please send your items back within an additional 30 days.
• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Shipping Your Return: Please use a reliable, trackable shipping method to ensure a smooth return process and peace of mind. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping cost.
• Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll promptly issue a refund to your original form of payment.
